This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered. Please read it carefully before placing an order.
Zhunuo currently sells and ships to customers in the United States only. Orders are shipped from our U.S. fulfillment location.
1. Shipping Area
We currently ship orders to addresses within the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order. Zhunuo is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
2. Shipping Cost
Zhunuo offers the following shipping rates for U.S. orders:

The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.
During peak seasons, holidays, promotional periods, or unexpected operational delays, order processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you when possible.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is usually:

Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, carrier service, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Please note that the estimated delivery time does not include order processing time.
5. Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped by common U.S. shipping carriers, depending on the destination and fulfillment arrangement.
Possible carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other available delivery services.
The specific carrier and tracking details will be provided after your order has been shipped, when available.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the package is handed over to the carrier.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is delayed, returned, or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping cost required to resend the package.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only update the shipping address before the order has been processed or shipped.

9. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy.
