Zhunuo currently sells and ships to customers in the United States only.
1. What does Zhunuo sell?
Zhunuo sells fashion jewelry and accessories, including necklaces, earrings, rings, and other everyday jewelry pieces.
Our products are designed for daily wear, styling, gifting, and special occasions. Unless clearly stated on the product page, our items should be understood as fashion jewelry, not fine jewelry or precious metal jewelry.
2. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to customers in the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
3. Where are orders shipped from?
Orders are shipped from our U.S. fulfillment location.
Our jewelry supply and coordination operations are connected with Yiwu, Jinhua, Zhejiang, China, while customer orders for the U.S. market are fulfilled from the United States.
4. How much does shipping cost?
For U.S. orders, our shipping rates are:

5. How long does order processing take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.
During holidays, peak seasons, or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.
6. How long does delivery take?
After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within the United States.
Total estimated delivery time is usually 4–10 business days, including order processing and transit time.
Delivery time may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
7. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.
Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the package is handed over to the carrier.
8. Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
Orders can only be changed or cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy.

9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payment methods available at checkout.
Available payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or other third-party payment services depending on what is shown at checkout.

10. Is my payment information secure?

Zhunuo does not directly store full credit card numbers, debit card numbers, or complete payment card details on our own servers.
11. What is your return policy?
Zhunuo accepts returns for both defective and non-defective products.
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, and proof of purchase when applicable.
Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
12. Are earrings returnable?
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and other pierced jewelry may only be returned if they are unused, unworn, and in their original sealed packaging.
Items that have been worn, opened, used, or removed from sealed packaging may not be eligible for return.
13. Who pays for return shipping?
For non-defective returns, including change of mind, wrong size selected, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items caused by our error, Zhunuo will be responsible for the return shipping cost or provide an appropriate solution after the issue is verified.
14. How do I request a return or refund?

After your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions and the return address if the return is approved.
15. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
16. What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?

17. Are your products made of real gold or silver?
Unless clearly stated on the product page, Zhunuo products should be understood as fashion jewelry.
We do not describe our products as fine jewelry, solid gold, sterling silver, natural gemstone jewelry, or precious metal jewelry unless the product information clearly supports that claim.
Please review each product page for specific material information.
18. Will the product color look exactly like the photo?
We make reasonable efforts to display product images accurately.
However, product color may appear slightly different due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and device display differences.
19. Are product measurements exact?
Product measurements are provided as reference information.
Because jewelry items are small and may be measured manually, slight measurement differences may occur. Please allow a small difference due to manual measurement.
20. How should I care for my jewelry?
To help maintain the appearance of your jewelry, we recommend:
- Keep jewelry away from water, sweat, perfumes, cosmetics, and chemicals
- Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping
- Store jewelry in a dry place when not in use
- Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wearing
Normal wear, exposure to moisture, chemicals, or improper storage may affect the appearance of fashion jewelry over time.
21. Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not guarantee direct exchanges for all products.
If you would like a different item, size, or style, please contact us. In most cases, you may need to return the original item first and place a new order after the return is approved.
22. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

We can only update the shipping address before the order has been processed or shipped.
If an order is delayed, returned, or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping cost required to resend the package.
