We want our customers to shop with confidence. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order. This policy applies to orders placed through our online store.
Zhunuo currently sells and ships to customers in the United States only.
1. Return Eligibility
Zhunuo accepts returns for both defective and non-defective products.
You may request a return if:
- The return request is submitted within 30 days after the order is delivered
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item is returned with its original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, and proof of purchase when applicable
- The item is not marked as final sale, clearance, customized, personalized, or non-returnable on the product page
Items that have been worn, used, damaged by the customer, altered, missing original parts, or returned without approval may not be eligible for a refund.
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and other pierced jewelry may only be returned if they are unused, unworn, and in their original sealed packaging.
2. Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days after delivery.
Return requests submitted after 30 days of delivery may not be accepted.
3. How to Request a Return

- Reason for return
- Photos or videos if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
After your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions and the return address if the return is approved.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Cost
For non-defective returns, including returns due to personal preference, wrong size selected, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items caused by our error, Zhunuo will be responsible for the return shipping cost or provide an appropriate solution after the issue is verified.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- The item is returned with missing accessories, packaging, or parts
- The item shows signs of use or wear
- The item is not returned in its original condition
- The return is approved under a special arrangement with customer service
Zhunuo reserves the right to refuse a return or issue a partial refund if the returned item does not meet the return requirements.
8. Exchanges
We currently do not guarantee direct exchanges for all products.
If you would like a different item, size, or style, please contact us. In most cases, you may need to return the original item first and place a new order after the return is approved.
9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

- Customized or personalized items
- Final sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable
- Items returned without approval

11. Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after receiving the order according to this policy.
